Day 1 Arrive Lisbon
Arrive at Lisbon airport and transfer to your hotel. In the evening walk along the nearby place and witness how the city comes alive.

Day 2 Lisbon
After breakfast and little rest by afternoon, set off to Sintra, a beautiful locale dotted with mountains, forests, gardens and palaces. Explore this destination’s rich legacy at its historical centre and fairytale-like Sintra National Palace. Afterwards, take a tour of the “Quinta da Regaleira”, a charming villa that is recognised as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, you will proceed to Cabo da Roca for a panoramic vista of the Atlantic Ocean from the westernmost point of Europe.
Return to your hotel and en route, make a stop at “Boca do Inferno”. Meaning Hell’s Mouth, here you can admire the serene atmosphere and watch waves breaking at the cliff.

Day 3 Lisbon
After breakfast, make an attempt at cooking some local cuisines. Take a pick from lunch,tapas or pastry.The lunch experience: Learn how to whip up a savoury local menu, in true Portugese style with a glass of wine, bread, cheese and olive oil. Get know-how on the traditional way of cooking, prepare a starter and an authentic main dish. A glass of Port wine goes a long way in a Portuguese meal, being the perfect company for dessert and paving the way for coffee.
The tapas experience: Try your hand at flavour filled snacks ‘petisco’, also popularly known as tapas. On the cooking menu are: Pasteis de Bacalhau (scrumptious fried cod pastries), Peixinhos da horta (made with green beans), Ovos mexidos com farinheira (scrambled eggs and a succulent portuguese sausage) and Alheira com maçã caramelizada e alecrim (poultry sausage with caramelized apple and rosemary).
The pastry experience: Among the very best across the globe, melt in your mouth Portuguese pastries are made with traditional recipes passed down through generations. Learn how to concoct some of the popular ones: Pão de Ló de Alfeizerão, Pasteis de Tentúgal, Sopa Dourada and the world famous Pastel de Nata.
Take pride in your cooking creations, after which, you will go back to the hotel. Spend the afternoon at your leisure, sleep, read a book or do anything that pleases you. Later in the afternoon, take a 4 hour walking tour of Lisbon, Belém and Parqe das Nações, a beautiful waterfront parish with interesting architecture and family oriented attractions.

Day 4 Lisbon – Cascais (By Road) ( 34 Kms / 35 min appx )
After breakfast at the hotel and little rest in the afternoon, set off on a 90 minute HippoTrip.
Seated on an amphibious vehicle throughout, you will experience Portugal’s kaleidoscopic land and waterscapes. Feel the excitement as you go over the Tejo river and get to see the region in a different light. Afterwards, return to your hotel, check out and be taken to the coastal town of Cascais. After 50 minutes along the Tagus river, you will reach your stay at Cascais.

Day 5 Cascais
After breakfast and little rest in the afternoon, dash off to Arrábida and Sesimbra.Visit the José Maria de Fonseca wine cellar and get a whiff of the famed Setubal muscatel. Proceed to the winery region of Arrábida, and tour a family-run wine cellar and enjoy some wine tasting. Late return to hotel.

Day 6 Depart Cascais
After breakfast, check out and proceed for your flight back home.
