Al Bayda

Al Bayda also transliterated as Baida,Al-Baidhah or Beida is a town in the Governorate of Al-Bayda in Yemen.It is located 130 miles (210 kilometres) SE of San’a’. Rada is the present capital of the Governorate of Al Bayda.

Al Bayda Governorate, also spelt Al-Baidhah or Beida, is one of the governorates of Yemen. It is located near the centre of the country, around the town of Al Bayda. Its population, according to the 2004 Yemeni census, was 571,778.
