Kenya has diverse attractions to offer to our visitors. It is only a few countries around the world where one can relax on pristine sandy beaches and be able to see wildlife in all forms within a short distance. Kenya has 60 National Parks and Reserves all with abundant wildlife.
Day 01 Arrive Nairobi /Nairobi – Mara (By Road) (258 Kms / 05 hrs 32 min)
Arrival at Nairobi airport meet assist and transfer to hotel. Depart to Maasai Mara Game Reserve, which is commonly known for ‘big five.’ It’s about eight hours to get there via Narok the only Maasai town in the Rift Valley. Arrive late in the afternoon and have time to check in the hotel. Overnight stay at the Lodge.
Day 02 Mara
After breakfast, Proceed to beautiful melodies from birds and enjoy cool air and nature all around. After lunch, drive to the park and have a chance to witness many animals such lions, elephants, cheetah, leopards, zebras and buffaloes. Also are many species of birds in Mara such as vultures, hornbills, Maasai ostrich, crown cranes and marabou stocks. You have good chances to see the African sun set. Overnight stay at the Lodge.
Day 03 Mara – Nakuru (By Road) (261 Kms / 05 hrs 26 min Appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to the Great Rift Valley. At far distance will see the Longonot Mountain that have a crater at the top. After Lunch, have a boat ride in Lake Naivasha the only fresh water lake in the Rift Valley bend. Arrive Nakuru in the late afternoon and have time to check in the hotel. Lake Naivasha and Nakuru are some of the few UN World heritage sites. Overnight stay at the Lodge.
Day 04 Nakuru
After breakfast, Proceed to the lake where you have the chance to see the thousands of pink flamingoes, pelicans, ducks, fish eagles, king fisher and herons. There are also animals such as white rhinos, zebras, monkeys, giraffes, waterbucks and warthogs. Overnight stay at the Lodge.
Day 05 Nakuru – Mt Kenya (By Road) (291 Kms / 05 hrs 48 min Appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to the towards Nanyuki. On the way pass through the Equator which is an imaginary line that divides world in two and it’s a good site for photo taking. Later proceed to Nanyuki town at the foot of Mt Kenya. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 Mt Kenya
After breakfast, Proceed to spend the whole day in Mt Kenya Sweetwaters looking for the elephants, buffaloes, leopards, colubus monkeys and lions. Birds such as eagles, sunbirds and hawks can be found. A visit to the chimpanzees is very exciting. If the weather is good enough will view Mt Kenya. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 Mt Kenya – Aberdares (By Road) (191 Kms / 04 hrs 43 min Appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to central Kenya highlands where you enjoy fascinating sights of Mt. Kenya (2nd tallest mountain in Africa) and also Aberdares ranges. Arrive in time for lunch, and in the afternoon visit the Solio ranch which is popular with antelopes, zebras, buffaloes and rhinos. Overnight at hotel.
Day 08 Aberdares -Nairobi (By Road) (162 Km/03 hrs 34 min) / Dep. Nairobi
Proceeds to Nairobi as you enjoy beautiful sights of coffee, bananas and pineapple plantations. After lunch visit the Nairobi National Museum where most of Kenyan old cultures and history are well displayed. Later visit the adjacent Snake Park where you will witness most of the common snakes in Africa. In the afternoon, Departure transfer to onward destination.
