Belgium boasts one of the best educational systems in the world.
The weather is temperate in the summer months with an average temperature of 65 F (18C) but the winters do get cold with the average dipping down to 37F (3C). So as you may guess, most visitors come during the warmer spring and summer seasons. The seaside town of Zeebrugge is the largest port and is connected to its “mother” city of Bruges by a 7.45 mile (12 kilometers) long canal.
