Kayak in Bariloche

Kayaks are extremely stable and, therefore, inexperienced or handicapped people can enjoy this wonderful adventure. You are provided with waterproof coats, life jackets, and horseshoe lifebuoys, so all you need to bring is a pair of sandals or shoes that you do not mind getting soaked.
With the company of a specialized guide, you will explore a variety of amazing lakes: Nahuel Huapi, Moreno, Gutiérrez, Mascardi, Los Moscos, Hess, Fonk, Roca, Guillelmo and Steffen, among others.

Hike to Laguna de los tres
This is perhaps the most renowned of the trekking circuits of El Chaltén. It is also the most important or famous challenge for those sportspeople who reach this town in Patagonia.
You can reach here the base of Fitz Roy Mount. When you reach the goal, you can see the Lagoon and Los Tres Glacier. The panoramic view you can get from here is truly unrivalled. Depending on the season, the lagoon may be frozen, but the landscape is amazing at all times, though.
And, last but not least, a few meters above, by the side of Laguna de Los Tres (Lagoon) there lies another jewel from this place – Laguna Sucia. The round trip takes around eight hours in total, approximately. It must be taken into account that the last two hours and a half are of permanent ascent.
The Great Adventure in Iguazu
This tour combines the jungle with the water of the Falls. Those who wish to take this tour must take the truck that leaves from the Visitors Center to the base of Puerto Macuco.
It is a 5 km ride in the middle of the jungle, where you can see the typical vegetation of the place. Once you arrive at Puerto Macuco, you must go on the boat that invites you to sail 6 km through the Lower Iguazu River canyon to submerge beneath the waterfalls.
Useful tips: the minimum age to take this tour is 12 years old (they must bring a document to evidence the age). You should check the timetable before and, if necessary, show up 10 minutes earlier before you go on the truck.
The tour lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes. Passengers will get soaked – it is recommended to bring a change of clothes. Therefore, you should keep your personal objects in the waterproof bags that are provided when you go on the boat.

Kayak in front of Perito Moreno Glacier
From a kayak, at the foot of the world famous Perito Moreno Glacier, you can get a unique perspective of this place.
The experience begins at the Perito Moreno Kayak Experience meeting point, located in the vicinity of the main parking at Los Glaciares National Park, where a team receives passengers and provides information on the activity.
Once you are on this small boat, you can feel the adrenaline since the very first minute, as you can sail along the lake between of the glacier and drift ice.
Tourists also have two options: a full-day tour, which includes in/out transfer from downtown El Calafate and lunch. The other option does not include the in/out transfer to the Park. Both options include technical equipment, snacks, hot beverages and a USB with the best pictures of your adventure. The return begins in the evening.
Useful information: this activity can be done between August and May.
