If you’re in Sydney for a day or even a lifetime, the views from the Sydney Tower Eye make for an unforgettable experience! At 820 feet tall, the Sydney Tower Eye offers stunning, uninterrupted panoramic 360 degree views of Sydney and its famous landmarks. On a clear day, you can see up to 40km from the Blue Mountains, Harbor Bridge, Sydney Opera House to Bondi Beach and Botany Bay. It’s perfect for planning a day around Sydney and understanding the layout of this beautiful and cosmopolitan city.
Construction of Sydney Tower Centrepoint Shopping Center began in the late 1970’s with the first 52 shops opening in 1972. The office component was completed in 1974 and the final stage of the complex, the Sydney Tower, was opened to the public in August 1981. Ranked as one of the safest buildings in the world, the striking design has made the tower capable of withstanding earthquakes and extreme wind conditions.
The latest technology will allow guests to try one of the new multi-lingual touch screen panels to discover more about what can be seen from the Sydney Tower Eye. By touching a building on the screen, interesting and unknown facts will add another educational dimension to a visit.
Included in admission, the new 4D Experience is a groundbreaking 3D film with spectacular in-theatre effects and a breathtaking fourth dimension that gives an amazing view of the city.
