Day 01 Arrive Bhubaneshwar (By Flight)
Arrive at Bhubaneswar airport, meet assist with our representative and proceed to hotel.
In the evening enjoy temple tour of Bhubaneshwar which includes Lingaraj, Parsurameswar, Mukteswar and Rajarani temple.
Overnight in Bhubaneshwar.
Bhubaneswar is an ancient city in India’s eastern state of Odisha, formerly Orissa. Many temples built from sandstone are dotted around Bindu Sagar Lake in the old city, including the 11th-century Hindu Lingaraja Temple. Outside Rajarani Temple are sculpted figures of the guardians of the 8 cardinal and ordinal directions. Jain antiques, weaponry and indigenous pattachitra paintings fill the Odisha State Museum.
Day 02 Bhubaneshwar –Pipili –Dhauli –Raghurajpur –Puri (96 Km/ 3 hrs 35M)
Proceed to Puri. Visit to Khandagiri & Udaigiri Jain caves – oldest rock cut caves. Visit Raghurajpur – artisan village, Pipili – the applique work village & Dhauli – the peace pagoda.
Arrive in Puri in the evening. Overnight in Puri.
Day 03 Puri
After breakfast, sightseeing of Puri.
Visit Jaganath temple – sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Jagannathji.
Evening free time for to enjoy Puri beach.
Puri is a city and a Municipality in the state of Odisha in eastern India. It is the district headquarters of Puri district and is situated on the Bay of Bengal, 60 kilometres south of the state capital of Bhubaneswar.
Day 04 Puri – Chilka Lake – Puri (By Road) (45 Kms. / 1H 25M – One Way)
Morning drive to Chilika lake at Barkul – the largest wintering ground for migratory birds on the Indian sub-continent.
Take the boat cruise to visit the birds island & temple island.
Later, back to Puri. Overnight in Puri.
Chilika Lake is a brackish water lagoon, spread over the Puri, Khurda and Ganjam districts of Odisha state on the east coast of India, at the mouth of the Daya River, flowing into the Bay of Bengal, covering an area of over 1,100 km.
Day 05 Puri – Konark – Bhubaneshwar (By Road) (108 Kms. / 3H 20M appx.)
Morning after breakfast drive to Konark to visit Sun temple – one of the world famous heritage site. Enroute visit to Ramchandi temple.
Later, drive to Bhubaneshwar.
Overnight in Bhubaneshwar.
Konark is a medium town in the Puri district in the state of Odisha, India. It lies on the coast by the Bay of Bengal, 60 kilometers from the capital of the state, Bhubaneswar. It is the site of the 13th-century Sun Temple, also known as the Black Pagoda, built in black granite during the reign of Narasimhadeva-I.
Day 06 Bhubaneshwar–Ratnagiri–Bhubaneshwar (97 Km/ 2H 30M-One Way)
Enjoy guided tour of Diamond Triangle.
Ratnagiri – it has a rich concentration of Buddhist antiquities, Lalitgiri – oldest Buddhist center of Orissa & Udaigiri – largest Buddhist complexes in Orissa.
Ratnagiri is the site of a ruined mahavihara, once the major Buddhist monastery in modern Odisha, India. It is located on a hill in between the Brahmani and Birupa rivers in Jajpur district.
Day 07 Depart Bhubaneshwar (By Flight)
Departure transfer to Bhubaneshwar airport for flight to onward destination.
