The Santa Teresita Hot Springs are located by Pacaya Volcano and feature 12 thermal pools, as well as steam baths and hydrotherapy baths. The tour includes an introduction to the benefits of a thermal circuit, including muscle relaxation and improved blood circulation. The thermal circuit entails immersing your body in thermal pools of varying temperatures for short amounts of time.
