Côte d’Ivoire is a West African country with beach resorts, rainforests and a French-colonial legacy. Abidjan, on the Atlantic coast, is the country’s major urban center. Its modern landmarks include zigguratlike, concrete La Pyramide and St. Paul’s Cathedral, a swooping structure tethered to a massive cross. North of the central business district, Banco National Park is a rainforest preserve with hiking trails.
Day 01 Arrive Abidjan
Arrival at Abidjan Port Bouet International Airport FHB, police and customs formalities, transfer, installation and overnight at your hotel.
Day 02 Abidjan – Abengourou (By Road) (210 Km / 3 hrs appx)
Breakfast, Morning relaxed. Lunch in a restaurant maquis of the city. Afternoon, departure for Abengourou in the East of the country arrived after 3 hours of road, installation in the hotel. Dinner and night.
Day 03 Abengourou
Breakfast. Visit of the Royal Palace of Indénié its royal remains, the museum, painting center. Continue to Tanguelan to discover the fetish. Lunch in a restaurant. Dinner and an overnight stay at your hotel.
Day 04 Abengourou -Yamoussoukro (By Road) (255 Km / 4 hrs appx)
Breakfast, departure for Yamoussoukro, political and administrative capital of Ivory Coast arrived after 3 hours of road, installation in the hotel President or similar. Visit of the Felix Houphouet Boigny Foundation for the search for peace and the great schools of the city. Lunch in a maquis restaurant in the square. Afternoon, visit traditional weavers villages and masked folk dance show “Goly” in a village back to town and visit the Crocodile Lake. Dinner and overnight at the hotel President.
Day 05 Yamoussoukro – Abidjan (By Road) (245 Km / 4 hrs appx.)
Breakfast, visit of the majestic Basilica “Our Lady of Peace”, grandiose and decorated by the greatest artists from all over the African continent, a real Palace offered to the Virgin Mary and whose influence far exceeds the Ivory Coast and extends throughout Africa and the world. Exchanges with communities. Lunch and dinner at a local maquis restaurant. Night at the hotel.
Day 06 Depart Abidjan
Breakfast, city tour of the Abidjan district and continuation on Grand Bassam, the first colonial capital of Côte d’Ivoire. Arrival, visit of the colonial district with its old buildings, the Artisanal Center, the Ceramic Center, the Costume Museum lunch in a restaurant of the beach. Optionally, visit the 1st Catholic Church of Ivory Coast. Return to your hotel and transfer to Felix Houphouet Boigny airport, boarding your flight to your next destination.

– In Asia, there is no relevance between the distance and time of travelling, as it depends upon the condition of the roads and congestion of the traffic.
