Excursion to the Mfou park to view primates especially gorillas and chimpanzees. Return to Yaounde, continue city tour.

Day 3 Yaounde – Bafoussam – Petpenoun (Road (345 kms / 5 hrs 32 mins)
Proceed to the region of the western chiefdoms of Cameroon. Our first stop is at Bandjoun, one of the biggest kingdoms of the Bamileke region. Here you visit the palace museum and the traditional round house before driving through Bafoussam, the capital city of the West province to Petpenoun. Overnight in Petpenoun,
Day 4 Petpenoun – Foumban – Bamenda (By Road) (194 kms / 4 hrs appx)
Proceed to Foumban, visit the palace of the sultan of the Bamoun people with its rich historic museum and later, the craft village. Drive to Bamenda via Koutaba and Bafoussam. Visit road attractions such as the Metche waterfalls. Drive to visit the palace of the fon of Bafut. Overnight in Bamenda,
Day 5 Bamenda – Dschang – Melong (By Road) (134 kms / 4 hrs appx)
Visit the Bamenda food market and drive through DSc hang down the “falaise” to Melong. Visit the Ekom waterfalls. Overnight in Melong,
Day 6 Melong – Buea – Limbe (By Road) (204 kms / 3 hrs 45 min appx)
Transfer through the banana plantations of Njombe, the rubber and oil palm plantations of the CDC to Buea, the former capital of Cameroon during German colonisation. Visit sites before driving down to Limbe for overnight at the Seme New Beach hotel. Overnight in Limbe,
Day 7 Limbe – Kribi (By Road) (244 kms / 4 hrs / 30 mins appx.)
Visit the lava flow site of the 1999 eruption of Mount Cameroon and the Limbe wildlife centre before transferring to Kribi via Douala. Kribi is the best seaside resort town of Cameroon. Evening relax on the fine sand beaches near the hotel. Overnight in Kribi,
Day 8 Kribi – Douala (By Road) ( 170 kms / 3 hrs appx)
Visit the Lobe waterfalls and take a boat ride on the Lobe river to visit a pygmy village; rest of the day relaxing on the beach; afternoon transfer to Douala. Overnight in Douala
Day 9 Depart Douala
Departure transfer to onward destination.
