Nairobi is Kenya’s capital city. In addition to its urban core, the city has Nairobi National Park, a large game reserve known for breeding endangered black rhinos and home to giraffes, zebras and lions. Next to it is a well-regarded elephant orphanage operated by the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust. Nairobi is also often used as a jumping-off point for safari trips elsewhere in Kenya.
Day 01 Arrive Nairobi
Arrival at Nairobi airport meet assist and transfer to hotel. Driven to the Giraffe Centre where you can feed giraffes with hands. Then a visit to the old Karen Blixen home and museum. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 02 Nairobi – Mombasa (By Road) (487 Kms / 08 hrs 58 min Appx.)
After breakfast, Proceed to towards Mombasa, the Kenyan Coast that is very popular with the world class sunny sandy beaches. On the way enjoy the fantastic and breathtaking sites of Tsavo East and Tsavo West, Kenya’s biggest game reserves. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 03 Mombasa day spent
After breakfast, Proceed to the the whole day swimming and enjoying the best sandy Equatorial beaches in the world. Also visit the old town of Mombasa and island that is very rich in Swahili culture that was influenced much by Arabs. A taste of the local mouth watering Swahili dishes is most memorable. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 04 Mombasa
After breakfast, Proceed to the visit the old Fort Jesus built in 1593 by the Portuguese that is very rich with the coastal history. Later in the afternoon closes the popular Likoni ferry to the South Coast of Indian Ocean. You can also walk along the white sand beach, dive into the crystal clear ocean or just relax in the lush tropical beach hotel compound with its big pool. Overnight at Hotel.
Day 05 Mombasa – Nairobi (By Road) (487 Kms / 09 hrs) / Depart Nairobi
Proceeds to Nairobi, In the afternoon, Departure transfer to onward destination.
