This Morning We Take You on A City Tour of Trinidad.
The Ultimate City Tour Includes All the Highlights, From Downtown Shopping Streets to Architectural Sights, Taking in A Panoramic View, Yacht Clubs and Marinas Too.
Starting with Downtown Port of Spain – The Bustling Heart of The City – We Visit Independence Square With its Imposing Central Bank and Brian Lara Promenade, The Surrounding Shopping Streets, Parliament Building, Supreme Court and Historic Wood ford Square. We Then Have A Brief Look Inside the Museum of Natural History Before Taking in The Queens Park Savannah – Known As ‘The World’s Largest Roundabout’, This 200-Acre Recreational Park Is Lined with Exotic Trees and Interesting Colonial Mansions with Intricate Architectural Designs. The Magnificent Seven Are the Finest of These.
Following This We Enter the Busy Suburb of St. James Where We Can Take in The Caribbean Street Life and Pick Up A Local Snack in One of The Many Local Food Places. There Is an Astounding Panoramic View (Sometimes as Far as Venezuela) From Fort George, A Little Further Afield, And Then We Take A Scenic Drive Along the Upscale North-Western Coast Past Yacht Clubs, Finishing with A Relaxing Drink in One of The Open-Air Marinas If Time Allows.

Drive to Caroni Bird Sanctuary Via Highway / Boat Ride Through the Mangrove Swamp to View Birds & Possibly Snakes, Caimans, Anteaters / Home Flight to Roosting Trees / Sunset Experience.
The Caroni Bird Sanctuary Is A 48 Square Mile Wetland Area on Trinidad’s Western Coast, Part Mangrove Swamp and Part Lagoon. Upon Arrival You Will Board A Large Flat-Bottomed Boat with Outboard Motor and Slowly Travel Along the Beautiful Waterways Admiring the Unusual Landscape and Variety of Birds, Crustaceans and Other Wildlife. Birds You May Spot Include the Neo-Tropical Cormorant, Large-Billed Tern, Tri-Coloured Heron, Red-Capped Cardinal, Snowy Egret and Bicoloured Cane-Bill – To Name Just A Few.
Arriving in The Wide Lagoon, The Boat Becomes Your Floating Vantage Point to Witness the Protected Brightly Colored Scarlet Ibis. There Are Changing Facilities, The Swimming Is Nice and Life Guards Are on Duty. Swimming Time Is Approx. 3 Hours. Lunch on Your Own. Taste A Famous Bake & Shark, A Hot Crispy Shark Sandwich with Homemade Bread. There Are Many Different Sauces from Which You Can Choose, Just Beware of The Very Hot Pepper!

Highway and Rainforest Drive to World Famous Asa Wright Nature Center/ Old Plantation House Visit with Panoramic View from Veranda / Birds and Wildlife Close-Up / Guided Walk in Rainforest
The Asa Wright Nature Center Is A Bird Sanctuary and Study Center Set In 200 Acres of The Thickly Forested Arima Valley.
We Visit the Old Plantation House with Its Large Open Verandah From Which You Can View an Incredible Number of Different Species of Tropical Birds from The Same Location. Hummingbirds Feed from The Containers Hanging Right in Front of You, Staying Long Enough for You to Take Some Fantastic Photographs. We Will Take You on A Full Day Trip to Explore the Island Today. Visit the Historical Fort King George, Where You Get Breath-Taking Views from This Point. Continue the Drive Over to The Caribbean Coast and Up Through the Winding Mountains, Where You Will Enjoy More Spectacular Views as You Look Down on Some of The Village Bays, Such as Castara Bay, Englishman’s Bay and Parlatuvier Bay.
Experience the Heavenly Feeling as You Enter the Water at Englishman’s Bay for A Short Swim. Enjoy Some Refreshments Before Proceeding onto The Drive Through the Rainforest Observing the Lush Flora and Fauna, Then Over to The Atlantic Coastline and Up to The Speyside. Enjoy Local Cuisine Lunch at A Tree House Restaurant. Enjoy the Beautiful Coastal Drive Back to The Hotel.
Fort King George Is Perched on A High Elevation, From Where Its Silent Cannons Look Down on The Island’s Largest Town, Scarborough.
Castara Is an Idyllic Small Fishing Village Located on The North Shore of The Beautiful Caribbean Island of Tobago.
Englishman’s Bay Is A Secluded Beach on The Leeward Coast of Tobago, Between Castara And Parlatuvier. Although the Bay Does Not Draw the Large Numbers of Beachgoers That Tobago’s Western Beaches Do, It Is Considered of The Island’s Most Beautiful. The Beach Itself Is A Classic Crescent Shape, Capped by Two Heavily Forested Headlands Descending from Tobago’s Main Ridge.
Parlatuvier Bay Is Located in The North Eastern End of The Island and Is About 50 Minutes Drive from Scarborough.
Because It Is Partly Sheltered the Water Is Quite Calm with Small Lapping Waves. This Beach Is Gentle Sloping with Sand Resembling Brown Sugar Crystals. There Are Clusters of Coconut Palms That Provide Ample Shade Ideal for Relaxing Under.

Today, We Take You on A Tour Exploring and Communing with Nature at Bird of Paradise Island, Named After the Bird Which Once Inhabited the Island. Hop on Board A Glass Bottom Boat and Take A Ride from The Shores at Speyside Across the Atlantic Waters to The Island, Experience Nature as Never Seen Before. Be Amazed by The Sight of a Variety of Magnificent Sea Birds, Plants, Trees And A Few Reptiles. Enjoy Snorkeling At the Islands Best Reef “Angel Reef and Japanese Garden” Where You May Get the Opportunity to See the Largest Brain Coral in The Caribbean.
Conclude the Trip with A Leisure Drive Down to The Argyle Falls to Take A Short Dip Before Your Coastal Drive Back to The Hotel Speyside Reefs. The Various Reefs Off Speyside Vary in Depth. The Shallow Reef Areas Are Excellent for Snorkelling While the Deeper Reef Areas Are Great for Scuba Diving. Snorkel, Swim, Suntan and Soak in The Pool and Gardens Tour Day. This Morning Take the Opportunity to Observe the Life Underwater. Hop on Board A Glass Bottom Boat and Enjoy A Short Ten-Minute Ride to The Reef to View Some of The World’s Most Spectacular Fishes. Swim in The Nylon Pool. Snorkeling Gear Provided.
Buccoo Reef & Nylon Pool This Is A Protected Marine Park Off Pigeon Point. Daily Tours by Glass-Bottomed Boat Allow Even Non-Swimmers to See the Reef Life. Snorkeling Is Easy Here. Be Very Careful Not to Damage the Coral in Any Way. The Nearby Nylon Pool- A Warm Shallow Area in The Middle of The Reef Lagoon Is Ideal for Swimming.
