Your walking tour starts at the Plaza de la Merced, one of the most important squares of Malaga. On this guided tour you will learn the history as well as the stories and secrets of the city and its people. Walk along Calle Larios, a popular pedestrian street lined with shops that leads to Plaza de la Constitucion. This public square in the middle of the city is the site of many citywide events and celebrations.
At the Plaza del Obispo you will enter the Renaissance-style Cathedral of Malaga. Commonly referred to as La Manquita, or “one-armed woman” due to only one of its two towers being completed, this iconic church contains impressive artworks and is the most significant monument in the city.
