Day 01 Arrive Delhi / Delhi – Sri Nagar (By Flight)
Arrival in Srinagar at the morning flight. Transfer to the houseboat class “DELUXE”.
Evening cruise by the lake. Overnight at houseboat.
Day 02 Sri Nagar
Early morning before breakfast visit the floating market on the lake.
After breakfast visit the ancient Sufi college-garden on a hill.
After lunch vsit the ancient mosque, was built over 400 years ago.
Srinagar is famous for its lakes and the charming rows of houseboats floating on them. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dry fruits. Srinagar is located in the western part of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, in the northern region of India. It is located in the Kashmir valley. River Jhelum passes through Srinagar city. Srinagar is 876 km north of Delhi. It is rightly called the Pride of the Kashmir Valley.
Day 03 Sri Nagar – Naranagh NP – Sri Nagar (42 Kms. / 03 hrs – One Way)
After breakfast drive to the mountains in the National Park Naranagh.
Visit the ruins of an ancient Hindu temple.
Trekking 4 hours. Go back to the hotel in the evening.
Day 04 Sri Nagar
Sightseeing day for Srinagar: throne of Solomon Shankaracharya Temple, museum of Srinagar, Martand Sun Temple. Overnight.
Shankaracharya Temple – One of the most revered Hindu pilgrimage destinations in Srinagar, the Shankaracharya Temple is located atop a hill known as ‘Takht-e-Suleiman’. The ancient temple stands at a height of about 1100 feet above the surface level of the main Srinagar city. A visit to this sacred temple involves a trek to the top of the hills. Devoted to the worship of Lord Shiva, Shankaracharya Temple is believed to have been built by Raja Gopadatya in 371 BC. During those times, the temple was known as Gopadri. The great saint Shankaracharya is supposed to have stayed here when he visited Kashmir in the early part of the ninth century with the primary aim of spreading the philosophy of Vedanta. This perhaps led to the renaming of the temple as Shankaracharya Temple. Shankaracharya was also instrumental in popularizing the worship of Lord Shiva in Jammu and Kashmir.
Shri Pratap Singh Museum – The Museum set up by; and named after the ruling maharaja as Shri Pratap Singh SPS Museum is located outside the old Srinagar city in an upcoming suburban Lal Mandi area which was becoming increasing popular with the city elite for house-building during the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Day 05 Sri Nagar – Leh (By Flight)
Transfer to airport Srinagar. Flight to Leh. Arrival in Leh in the morning. Transfer to the hotel After lunch – visit the Shanti Stupa. Stroll on the streets. Visit the Sankar Gompa Monastery. Overnight at hotel
Leh town offers a number of sightseeing options for the visitors. A historic town that served as the royal capital of the Old Kingdom, it is dominated by the nine-storey palace built by King Singge Namgyal in the grand tradition of Tibetan architecture, which is said to have inspired the famous Potala in Lhasa built about half a century later.
Day 06 Leh – Alchi – Lamayuru (By Road) (120 Kms. / 3 hrs. appx.)
Drive to the Monasteries Alchi and Likir. Full excursion day. Stop at the Lamayuru Monastery.
Overnight in Lamayuru.
Lamayuru: Often called moonland, Lamayuru has some beautiful mountains capes formed by a drained lake that are unique to the place. The slopes with their soft and creamy appearance were once working as walls of the enormous lake. Lamayuru’s Yung-Drung Gompa stands precariously perched a little high up the village. Visit the gompa, its prayer hall and its monastic school where children study Tibetan scriptures. Lamayuru is also the starting point for the trek to Padum over Sengge La.
Day 07 Lamayuru – Uleytokpo (By Road) (60 Kms. / 03 hrs. appx)
Drive through the village Mulbek. Statue of Maitreya Buddha. Stop and overnight in the eco-resort Uleytokpo on the banks of the Indus River. Overnight at hotel.
Ulleytokpo village, at the Bank of Indus River in a 20-acre ranch, which makes a perfect camp location for cultural groups and independent travelers. Exploring the cultural hub of Ladakh, where famous monastery like Lamayuru, Alchi and Rizdong are situated.
Day 08 Uleytokpo – Ridzong Monastery – Leh (By Road) (84 Kms. / 3.5 hrs)
Early Morning visit to Ridzong Monastery later drive back to Leh. On arrival city tour of Leh: visiting the bazaar, Tibetan shops and stores.

Drive to the Nubra Valley through the Khardungla Pass. Visit the Diskit Monastery. Overnight at Camp.
Nubra Valley is situated about 150 km north of Leh, the capital town of Ladakh, India. Its name is derived from Ldumra the valley of flowers. The average altitude of the valley is about 10,000 ft. above the sea level. The common way to access this valley is to travel over the Khardung La from Leh where one will first encounter the Shuok Valley. To enter the Nubra valley.
Day 10 Nubra Valley – Leh (By Road) (150 Kms. / 05 hrs. appx.)
After breakfast drive back to Leh.
OPTION – Noon: visit shamans and mystic rites of Tibet. Removal of damage and exorcism
OPTION – Evening: visit Tibetan doctors Amchi. Advice and consultation.
Day 11 Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh (By Road) (150 Kms. / 05 hrs. – One Way)
After breakfast drive to the Pangong Lake. By the road we see the Shey Monastery and the Thiksey Monastery. Lunch by the lake.
Return back to Leh. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 12 Leh – Delhi (By Flight)
Transfer to the airport. Flight to Delhi. Arrival in Delhi and transfer to the hotel.
Later Full day City tour in Delhi.
