Golden-sand deserts, traditional handicrafts, authentic cuisine and awe-inspiring palaces all contribute to making Rajasthan an ideal vacation spot. Day 01 Arrive Delhi (By Flight)
Arrive Delhi, meet assist at airport, welcome with fresh flower garlands and transfer to your respective hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 02 Delhi
After breakfast city tour of Delhi, India’s capital and a major gateway to the country. The division between New & Old Delhi is the distinction between the capitals of the British & the Moghuls respectively.
Tourist Attractions: Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Built by Shah Jahan, the construction was started in 1844 and was not completed until 1658; Red Fort, which was also built by Shah Jehan. This massive fort was built from 1638 to 1648; Chandni Chowk and Rajghat – the cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi. Witness the India Gate, the Presidents House & the Parliament, Qutab Minar. Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 Delhi – Agra (By Road) (208 kms & 4 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive by private AC vehicle to Agra. On arrival check into your respective hotel.
Agra has found its mention in the famous Hindu epic Mahabharata as the forest of Agraban close to Mathura Badal Singh founded the city in 1475.
Day free to relax and personal activities.
Evening free for shopping and leisure. Overnight at hotel.
Day 04 Agra
Early morning visit Taj Mahal.
Taj Mahal – Reflects the intensity of love. The fairy tale began when walking through the bazaar of Agra prince qhurram saw a girl. The girl was exceptionally beautiful. It was a love at first sight for both of them. Taj Mahal, which was constructed by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Construction of the Taj began in 1631 and was not completed until 1653.
Return back to hotel for shower and breakfast.
Later visit Red Fort.
Agra Fort – Built by the great Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. the fort is a masterpiece of design and construction. Overnight in Agra.
Day 05 Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (By Road) (250 kms & 5 hr approx.)
After breakfast drive by private AC vehicle to Jaipur enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri – Built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, was the old capital of the Moghuls, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. The sloping levels of the city were connected into terraces which were utilised for various complexes such as Jami masjid, Buland-Darwazah and tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti; Khass Mahal, Shahi-Bazar, Mina-Bazar, the Panch-Mahal, Khwabgah, Diwan-i-Khass, Anup-Talao, Chaupar and Diwan-i-Am. The efficient system of drainage and water-supply adopted here suggest an extremely intelligent town-planning by the Mughal emperor.
Arrive Jaipur and check in at your hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 06 Jaipur
After breakfast full day sightseeing of Jaipur including Amber fort with Jeep ride or Elephant ride.
Jaipur – Popular in the name of Pink City, Jaipur is and important destination in Golden Triangle of Indian tourism. founded in 1727 AD by one of the greatest rulers of the Kachhawaha clan, the astronomer king Sawai Jai Singh. The pink color was used at the time of making to create an impression of red sandstone buildings of Mughal cities – and repainted in 1876, during the visit of the Prince of Wale Excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis to the fort entrance.
Amber Fort: At a distance of 11 kms from Jaipur, Amber was the ancient capital of Jaipur state. Construction of the fort began in 1592 by Raja Man Singh, the Rajput commander of Akbar‘s army and is a superb example of Rajput architecture. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 Jaipur – Jodhpur (By Road) (258 kms & 5 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive by private AC vehicle to Jodhpur. On arrival check into your respective hotel.
Later, city tour of Jodhpur.
Jodhpur – Nestling within the depths of the Thar Desert is the stronghold of the Rathore clan – Jodhpur, once the capital of the former princely state of Marwar, the second largest city of Rajasthan, after Jaipur. The town was once known as Marwar, which means ‘Land of Death’, probably, referring to the harsh desert climate. It is an island of marble palaces, cordoned off from the desert by an immense wall, with eight gates facing different directions.
Tourist Attractions – Mehrangarh Fort It is situated on a 150m high hill. Rao Jodha, the then chief of Rathore clan, constructed it in 1459. There are a number of attractions within the fort like several palaces, galleries, a museum, temples and so on, other attraction Jaswant Thada, Clock Tower and Sardar Market. Overnight in Jodhpur.
Day 08 Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (By Road) (257 kms & 5 hrs approx.)
After breakfast drive by private a/c vehicle to Udaipur via visit Ranakpur Jain Temples. On arrival check into your respective hotel
Ranakpur – The main tourist attractions of Ranakpur are its famous temples. Situated approximately 90km from Udaipur, the Ranakpur temple complex is a must see. The main Chaumukha temple (Four-Faced Temple) is dedicated to Adinath, the first tirthankar. The two other Jain temples in the complex are dedicated to Neminath and Parasnath. There is also the Sun temple and the Amba Mata temple near the main complex. These temples are the most renowned Jain temples built in 15th century and is 90 kms away from Udaipur. Covering an area of 40,000 sq feet with several halls & pillars which are individually carved, the temples of Ranakpur are worth visiting. Overnight in Udaipur.
Day 09 Udaipur
After breakfast go for city tour of Udaipur.
Udaipur: One of the most romantic cities in Rajasthan, Udaipur is also known as the city of lakes. The marble palaces, beautifully laid out gardens and the lakes make Udaipur seem almost like a mirage. The City of Dawn, surrounded by the ancient Aravali Mountains and set on the edge of three lakes, is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces and temples.
‘Udaipur’, known as the lovely lakeside capital of Mewar.
Other attractions: – City Palace & Musium, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Pratap Memorial, Pichhola Lake, Gulab Bagh.
PM – Boat ride on Lake Pichhola.
Pichhola Lake: The picturesque lake that entranced Maharaja Udai Singh. It was later enlarged by the founder. The lake is surrounded by hills, palaces, temples bathing ghats and embankments. Two island palaces, Jag Mandir and Nag Niwas (Lake Palace) on the lake are of breathtaking magnificence. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 Udaipur – Delhi – Home (By Flight)
After morning free for relax or shopping
PM – Transfer to Udaipur airport for flight to Delhi. Arrive Delhi meet assist at airport and transfer to dinner place with live music and dance show. Later, transfer to Delhi international airport for flight back to home or next destination.
