Day 1: Arrive Dhaka
Touch down at Hazrat Shahjalal International airport, where you’ll be met by your driver who will escort you to your comfortable hotel in the bustling capital of Dhaka. Settle in and relax for an evening of leisure before your Bangladeshi adventure begins.
Day 2: Dhaka – Rangamati
Rise early for a delicious buffet breakfast before checking out and hitting the road. You’re bound for Rangamati, but this morning you’ll make a stop on your journey to visit the beautiful Mainamati Buddhist Monastery in Comilla. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before proceeding on to your destination, where you may check in at your hotel and spend a relaxing night.
Day 3: Rangamati
After breakfast at your hotel, head out into the countryside to visit a local Buddhist temple and the surrounding tribal villages to meet the locals and get a glimpse of their colorful lifestyle. Stop back at the hotel for lunch before hopping aboard a motorboat to jet around Lake Kaptai. After an exciting day, relax with dinner at your hotel.
Day 4: Rangamati – Bandarban
Today you’re bound for beautiful Bandarban; after breakfast your driver will begin the journey, with a stop for lunch in a local restaurant. Check in at your Bandarban hotel and pay a late afternoon visit to the golden Buddhist temple. Enjoy dinner and a night’s rest at your hotel.
Day 5: Cox’s Bazar
Enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel before venturing out to visit the tribal villages in the surrounding countryside. After lunch at your hotel, you’ll hit the road, stopping to snap some pictures of the pretty pagodas in Ramu. By late afternoon, you’ll arrive at Cox’s Bazar, home to one of the longest sandy beaches in the world, where you’ll enjoy a sunset dinner before retiring to your hotel.
Day 6: Cox’s Bazar
After a hearty breakfast, it’s time to hit the beach. Spend a beautiful morning exploring the delights of Teknaf and Inani Beaches before lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, head back to Cox’s Bazaar and spend the evening browsing the trinkets and treasures in the souvenir shops.
Day 7: Dhaka
It’s your last morning here so why not spend it on the beach? After lunch, head to the airport for your domestic flight back to Dhaka where you’ll check in at your hotel and freshen up. Grab some last minute souvenirs in the city market before dinner and a final night in your hotel.
Day 8: Depart Dhaka
After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing covering all of Dhaka’s hotspots including the Goaldi Mosque, Lalbagh Fort, Dhakeshwari Temple, the National Museum, Lord Karzon Hall and National Parliament House. Enjoy lunch and dinner at local restaurants before you say goodbye to Bangladesh and make your way to the airport for your onward flight.
