Yoga is originated in ancient India which is a group of mental, physical and spiritual practice. Practicing yoga helps in controlling mind, body and soul. It gives both mental and physical disciplines to archive a peaceful body and mind. Yoga has been practice around the fifth and sixth centuries BCE in India, the evidence is found from the historical remains of the Indus Valley Civilization. Yoga has been defined in various ways in many Indian religious and philosophical books like Bhagavad Gita, Katha Upanishad, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
We focus on Odisha State where you will practice yoga and meditation guided by professional instructors, before spending the day going to some beautiful places. Day 01 Arrive Bhubaneshwar (By Flight)
Arrival at Bhubaneswar airport, Meet & greet, transfer to hotel.
Overnight at Bhubaneswar.
Day 02 Bhubaneshwar
Early morning have yoga session at hotel followed by breakfast, then visit temple of Bhubaneswar: Lingaraj Temple (11th Century), Cycle Rickshaw drive to Parshurameswar Temple (7th Century) & Mukteswar Temple (9th Century) enroute Bindu Sagar Lake. Then visit Rajarani Temple (11th Century) & State Museum. Back to hotel for lunch & refreshment, second half visit to Tribal Museum, Khandagiri & Udayagiri Caves (JAIN Caves).
In the evening perform meditation and yoga, Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.
Day 03 Bhubaneshwar – Dhenkanal (By Road) (61 Kms. / 1H 40M appx.)
Early morning have yoga session at hotel. After breakfast, transfer to Dhenkanal, Lunch at heritage home of Dhenkanal Royal Palace, Built by the Singhdeo dynasty. This is a very calm place with full of natural greeneries. In the evening have meditation and yoga session.
Dinner with bonfire and enjoy the local cultural programs, Overnight stay at Dhenkanal Royal Palace.
Day 04 Dhenkanal
Four days will be spent at the Dhenkanal Royal Palace. Each day will be well planned and schedule will be followed starting from early morning mediation class. This will be followed by a one hour yoga class. Then you will be served breakfast, after which your time goes in complete relaxation. Then you served afternoon meal, which will be followed by a lecture and evening tea.
Then there will be two and half hour yoga and meditation class and then dinner.
Day 05 Dhenkanal
After Breakfast & morning season of Yoga visit the textile villages of Nuapatana Weavers Village & Maniabandha Village, these villages has distinct place in the map of Indian textile. Their TIE & DYE patterns popularly known as IKAT, interaction with weavers is always a delight. 2nd half transfer to Dhenkanal Palace & rest of the day at leisire.
Overnight stay at the Royal palace of Denkanal.
Day 06 Dhenkanal
Visitors can experience any four Yoga Asanas… Our Yoga teacher will be with the visitors throughout the day for Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Adho Mukho Svanasana, Trikonasana, Kursiasana, Naukasana, Bhujangasana, Paschimottasana, Balasana, Sukhasana, Uttanasana, Viparita Karani, Ananda Balasana, Sirasana, Kukkutasana, Dhanurasana, Gomukhasana, Ardha Pincha Mayurasana, Setubandha Sarvangasana, Simhasana, Bhadrasana.
Day 07 Dhenkanal – Belgadia (By Road) (167 Kms. / 4H 50M appx.)
Early morning have yoga session at the palace. After breakfast, transfer to another beautiful Heritage Home Palace called Belgadia Palace built in 18th Century brick built double story building in a classical western style. The Palace is home to Royal family of Mayurbhanj, Odisha. It will take 4 hours journey to reach at Belgadia Palace. In the evening have meditation and yoga session.

Day 08 Belgadia
Early morning have yoga session at the palace followed by breakfast. The Belgadia Palace is very near to Shimilipal National park, Visitors have so many activities to explore with this palace. The major activities are includes: Tribal Tourism- Visiting tribal villages & make art with them like Dhokra Brass metal work. Chhau Dance: Martial Art Dance form, for visitors we can organise the Chhau dance. Black Stone Carving Temple: Kiching Temple. Similipal National Park: Wildlife & nature Tourism with Waterfalls & Dense Forest. Colonial Heritage Tourism with Belgadia Palace.
Day 09 Belgadia
After royal breakfast, time for Yoga, visitors can have following Yoga Posture this day. Overnight at Belgadia Palace, Padmasana, Siddasana, Kurmasana, Matsyendrasana, Virabhadrasana
Day 10 Belgadia
After breakfast, visit Shimilipal National Park, have 4 hours safari inside the park, visit 3 water falls & other attractions.

After breakfast, drive to Bhubaneshar.
