Day 02 Delhi
After breakfast city tour of Delhi, India’s capital and a major gateway to the country. The division between New & Old Delhi is the distinction between the capitals of the British & the Moghuls respectively.
Tourist Attractions: Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India. Built by Shah Jahan, the construction was started in 1844 and was not completed until 1658; Red Fort, which was also built by Shah Jehan. Day 03 Delhi – Agra (By Road) (208 kms & 4 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive by private AC vehicle to Agra. On arrival check into your respective hotel.
Agra has found its mention in the famous Hindu epic Mahabharata as the forest of Agraban close to Mathura Badal Singh founded the city in 1475.
Day free to relax and personal activities.

Day 04 Agra
Early morning visit Taj Mahal.
Taj Mahal – Reflects the intensity of love. The fairy tale began when walking through the bazaar of Agra prince qhurram saw a girl. The girl was exceptionally beautiful. It was a love at first sight for both of them. Taj Mahal, which was constructed by Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Construction of the Taj began in 1631 and was not completed until 1653.
Return back to hotel for shower and breakfast.
Later visit Red Fort.
Agra Fort – Built by the great Emperor Akbar in 1565 A.D. the fort is a masterpiece of design and construction. Overnight in Agra.
Day 05 Agra – Fatehpur Sikri – Jaipur (By Road) (250 kms & 5 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive by private AC vehicle to Jaipur enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri.
Fatehpur Sikri – Built by Emperor Akbar in 1569, was the old capital of the Moghuls, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. The sloping levels of the city were connected into terraces which were utilised for various complexes such as Jami masjid, Buland-Darwazah and tomb of Sheikh Salim Chishti; Khass Mahal, Shahi-Bazar, Mina-Bazar, the Panch-Mahal, Khwabgah, Diwan-i-Khass, Anup-Talao, Chaupar and Diwan-i-Am. The efficient system of drainage and water-supply adopted here suggest an extremely intelligent town-planning by the Mughal emperor.

Day 06 Jaipur
After breakfast full day sightseeing of Jaipur including Amber fort with Jeep ride or Elephant ride.
Jaipur – Popular in the name of Pink City, Jaipur is and important destination in Golden Triangle of Indian tourism. founded in 1727 AD by one of the greatest rulers of the Kachhawaha clan, the astronomer king Sawai Jai Singh. The pink color was used at the time of making to create an impression of red sandstone buildings of Mughal cities – and repainted in 1876, during the visit of the Prince of Wale Excursion to Amber Fort. Elephant ride from the foothills of the Aravallis to the fort entrance.
Amber Fort: At a distance of 11 kms from Jaipur, Amber was the ancient capital of Jaipur state. Construction of the fort began in 1592 by Raja Man Singh, the Rajput commander of Akbar‘s army and is a superb example of Rajput architecture. Overnight at hotel.
Day 07 Jaipur – Jodhpur (By Road) (258 kms & 5 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive by private AC vehicle to Jodhpur. On arrival check into your respective hotel.
Later, city tour of Jodhpur.
Jodhpur – Nestling within the depths of the Thar Desert is the stronghold of the Rathore clan – Jodhpur, once the capital of the former princely state of Marwar, the second largest city of Rajasthan, after Jaipur. The town was once known as Marwar, which means ‘Land of Death’, probably, referring to the harsh desert climate. It is an island of marble palaces, cordoned off from the desert by an immense wall, with eight gates facing different directions.
Tourist Attractions – Mehrangarh Fort It is situated on a 150m high hill. Rao Jodha, the then chief of Rathore clan, constructed it in 1459. There are a number of attractions within the fort like several palaces, galleries, a museum, temples and so on, other attraction Jaswant Thada, Clock Tower and Sardar Market. Overnight in Jodhpur.
Day 08 Jodhpur – Ranakpur – Udaipur (By Road) (258 kms & 5 hrs approx)
After breakfast drive by private a/c vehicle to Udaipur via visit Ranakpur Jain Temples. On arrival check into your respective hotel
Ranakpur – The main tourist attractions of Ranakpur are its famous temples. Situated approximately 90km from Udaipur, the Ranakpur temple complex is a must see. The main Chaumukha temple (Four-Faced Temple) is dedicated to Adinath, the first tirthankar. The two other Jain temples in the complex are dedicated to Neminath and Parasnath. There is also the Sun temple and the Amba Mata temple near the main complex. These temples are the most renowned Jain temples built in 15th century and is 90 kms away from Udaipur. Covering an area of 40,000 sq feet with several halls & pillars which are individually carved, the temples of Ranakpur are worth visiting. Overnight in Udaipur.
Day 09 Udaipur
After breakfast go for city tour of Udaipur.
Udaipur: One of the most romantic cities in Rajasthan, Udaipur is also known as the city of lakes. The marble palaces, beautifully laid out gardens and the lakes make Udaipur seem almost like a mirage. The City of Dawn, surrounded by the ancient Aravali Mountains and set on the edge of three lakes, is a brilliant kaleidoscope of narrow lanes flanked by bright stalls, gardens, lakes, palaces and temples.

Other attractions: – City Palace & Musium, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, Pratap Memorial, Pichhola Lake, Gulab Bagh.
PM – Boat ride on Lake Pichhola.
Pichhola Lake: The picturesque lake that entranced Maharaja Udai Singh. It was later enlarged by the founder. The lake is surrounded by hills, palaces, temples bathing ghats and embankments. Two island palaces, Jag Mandir and Nag Niwas (Lake Palace) on the lake are of breathtaking magnificence. Overnight at hotel.
Day 10 Udaipur – Cochin (By Flight)
After breakfast, transfer to airport for flight to Cochin.
On arrival, (if time permits) proceed to watch Kathakali dance show.

Day 11 Cochin
Morning after breakfast sightseeing of Cochin.
Cochin – the palmgreen commercial town of Kerala has one of the finest natural harbours in the world. A town with a hoary past, Cochin is the gateway to Kerala. The Jewish Synagogue – built in 1568 AD contains Grand Scrolls of the Old Testament and the copper plates containing the privileges granted to the Jews by the Cochin rulers. The floor of the synagogue is paved with exquisite Chinese hand painted tiles.
Cochin or Kochi is an all time favourite place for tourists from all over the world. Known as commercial capital of Kerala, Kochi is also offers forts, palaces, beaches, backwaters, old churches, snakes boat races, Kathakali, and museums etc. Kochi is basically a collection of islands and narrow peninsulas which makes it more attractive for nature lovers. Cochin is sometimes referred to as the ‘Queen of the Arabian Sea’.

Day 12 Cochin – Munnar (By Road) (127 Kms. / 3H 55M appx.)

Periyar – is one of the most well preserved biosphere reserves in India and is an important tourist attraction in the state of Kerala. It was in the year 1933 that S.C.H. Robinson was made the first game warden of the park and a year later Nellikkampatty Game Sanctuary was formed here. Another important event took place in the Periyar’s history when it was declared a wildlife sanctuary. Due to an appreciable number of tigers in this sanctuary it was declared as Tiger reserve in the year 1978, thus adding to the park’s importance.
Day 15 Periyar–Alleppey (138 Km/4H) /Alleppey–Kumarakom (Houseboat)
After breakfast, drive to Alleppey.
On arrival, embark houseboat to experience the backwaters of kerala.
Enjoy 2-3 hours of houseboat experience.
Later, disembark in Kumarakom and transfer to the hotel.

Alappuzha (Alleppey) is known as ‘the Venice of the East’. Offering the best tourist places in Alleppey, this charming place is the hub of Kerala’s backwaters and is home to a huge network of backwaters and more than thousand houseboats. The houseboats you find in the backwaters of Alappuzha are in fact a reworked version of the Kettuvallams of olden times. Kettuvallam is a Malayalam word, ‘Kettu’, means living structures and ‘Vallom’ means boat. In the olden days, kettuvallam or boat with a thatched roof that covers over wooden hulls was used to carry tons of rice and spices.
The modern houseboats are equipped with all the comforts of a good hotel room like air conditioners, modern toilets, cozy living rooms, a kitchen and even a balcony for angling. An uninterrupted view of life in the backwaters fringed with coconut trees can be enjoyed from a houseboat. A perfect place to unwind with its laidback canals and lush greenery. The Alappuzha beach with a 137-year-old pier extending into the sea and an old 17th-century lighthouse built by the Portuguese add to the magic of the place. It is famous for its boat races, marine products, and coir industry.
Kumarakom: The village of Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and is part of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary here, which is spread across 14 acres is a favourite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist’s paradise. Egrets, Darters, Herons, Teals, Waterfowls, Cuckoo, Wild Duck and migratory birds like the Siberian Stork visit here in flocks and fascinate all visitors.
An enchanting backwater destination, Kumarakom offers visitors many other leisure options. Boating and fishing facilities are available at the Taj Garden Retreat, a sprawling old bungalow-turned-resort.
Day 16 Kumarakom – Kovalam (By Road) (176 Kms. / 4H 10M)

Kovalam is a small coastal town in the southern Indian state of Kerala, south of Thiruvananthapuram. At the southern end of Lighthouse Beach is a striped lighthouse with a viewing platform.
