We would like to show you the beauty of Rajasthan The meaning of this tour is to get to know about rural handicrafts, about incredible skills in textiles, ancient forts and temples. You will have the chance to learn about: – Mud resist Indigo block printingin in a workshop in Bagru – Tie and dye – chundri workshop in Udaipur – Block printing workshop in Pushkar – See behind the scene how women`s work on handloom in Kota – and in between all this places there are so many incredible forts and temples where you can see the traditional spirit of Indian handicrafts.
Some famous Rajasthani textiles are Batik, Bandhani, Bagru Prints, Sanganeri Prints, Barmeri Prints, Jaipuri Quilts, Kota Doria Cloth and Embroideries.

We will start oZur tour with visit to a center where young woman is taught sewing and stitching. Later we will visit Old Delhi and see the beautiful Jama Majis before continuing to visit theNational Crafts Museum, one of the largest museums in India. The museum is run by the Ministry of Textiles and holds over 35,000 rare and distinctive pieces, reflecting the traditions of Indian craftsmen through painting, embroidery, textiles, clay, stone and wood.
In the evening, we will take an overnight train from Delhi to Jaisalmer.

Day 03 Delhi – Ajmer/Pushkar (By Train) (06:05 Am / 12:45 Pm)
Early morning check-out from the hotel and drive to railway station to catch train to Ajmer Shatabdi Train 12015 depart 0605 hrs. and arrive Ajmer at 1245 hrs. from Ajmer railway station continous drive to Pushkar.
Lunch at enroute at local restaurant.
Afternoon visit Bhrama Temple and Lake.

Day 04 Pushkar – Rohetgarh (By Road) (218 Kms. / 3 Hrs 46 min. appx.)
Morning after breakfast drive Rohetgarh (3 h 46 min (218 km) via NH162). Check-in into the hotel for overnight.
Afternoon visit Bishnoi village on 1530 hrs. onward till 1830 hrs. evening enjoy with live music and magic show at your hotel.

Day 05 Rohetgarh
Day excursion tour to Khejarli – Shepherds Village and Gudha village (spot wildlife). Today we will visit Salawas (Block printer’s village Salawas (Weavers village) and Potter’s Village (Khejarli and Salawasi).

Day 06 Rohet Garh –Khimsar (By Road) (134 Kms. / 2 Hrs 3 min. appx.)
Moring drive to Jodhpur and visit Meherangarth Fort, Umaid Bhawan Palace and Museum and Jaswant Thada. Later continue drive to Khimsar via Pipar. In Pipar, witness block making and block printing on silk fabric. Continue to Khimsar Dunes Village. If time permits we will enjoy a Jeep Safari in Khimsar in the afternoon.

Day 07 Khimsar – Nagaur –Jaipur (By Road) (108 Kms. / 2H 20M appx.)
Morning after breakfast, visit Nila Moti, an inviting women’s work programmer, the quality of the work is exceptional. Little bit outside of Pushkar, in a family run company. This will be one of the place where we print our own block print fabrics.
Continue drive Jaipur.
Evening you will take leisurely stroll through local fashionable colorful market. Jaipur is famous for its Bazaars. You will have an opportunity to spend time in the oldest and busiest of markets in the walled city Johori Bazaar.You will visit the craftspeople, still using basic tools and ancient traditions to make the most extraordinary variety of handicrafts and household appliances. Along the way you will also see the city’s delicious and aromatic street food heritage; and will learn local religious rituals and legends when you stop at small shrines. Strolling through the bazaars is a lesson in the lifestyle of ordinary people.
Overnight in Jaipur.
Day 08 Jaipur – Sanganer- Bagru – Jaipur (By Road) (72 Km/ 2 Hrs appx.)
Morning after breakfast, you will transfer to Sanganer and Bagru Village where you will attend workshop and see the villages at work of fascinating art of Tie and Dye, Bandhani, Block printing with wooden blocks, glass jewelry and utensils and the art of handmade papers.
Later we will drive back to Jaipur.

Upon arrival in Delhi you will transfer to Delhi international airport where you will board flight to onward destination.
